I want an explanation, if only so I can stop being confused.

My computer crashed last night.

I may have just lost three (at least) drawings that I was doing on GIMP. And the script for my Nuzlocke and the half-chapter that I had done for the latest chapter.

Bollocks.

edit: And it's working now? I don't even know. My presence may be choppy over the next week or so until I get this sorted. But I'm backing up my work in the meantime so I don't lose it.

I'm starting to feel discouraged by no one seeming to be reading my Nuzlocke and the lack of comments to the things I post. :sadbubblesissad:

Also the previous journal entry was hella long and I needed to get it off the front page.

((I did the first couple pages before deciding to script it and draw it later (rather than as I went along, slowing me down), but all that happened was a ship approaching the planet, with the computer telling the Captain that it had a natural cloaking system and they could hide out there for awhile. After landing, the Captain, our protagonist, is approached by Rowan, who gives her a Chimchar and sets her off on a Pokemon journey, which she accepts as a way to kill time while she hides out. Yes, this was the plot. Kezdo was the name I gave the rival character.

Captain: Lucy, I've already lost three of you. How many more of you are going to die because of my ignorance? I have to know your weaknesses if I'm gonna keep you guys alive.
Lucy: You'll never keep us alive if you don't get any sleep. Come on, go back to bed. If you want, we can stay around here for a few days and you can study while we hatch this egg.
Captain: *yawns* Okay... I'm coming...

Karatauni: Well that explains your obsession with the underground.
Lucy: ...So you're a space pirate.
Captain: Sure, why not. Anyway, I ran into a bit of trouble with the 'Fleet a while back. This planet has a natural dampening field, so I figured it'd be the perfect place to hide out until things blew over. Rowan found me almost as soon as I'd landed and roped me into doing this Pokemon Journey thing. It sounded like a good way to pass the time while I hid out, so I thought, why not? *beat* Are- are you guys bothered?
Lucy: Us, bothered? Please. We always knew there was something weird about you. 'Alien' just pretty much covers it, doesn't it?
Captain: The rest of you? *general murmurs of assent; Viverra looks away, hurt*


Captain: All right guys, now we've got surf, let's do a little backtracking.

Lucy: Viverra broke the fourth wall. Don't worry, you get used to it after awhile.

Captain: Lucy, Ekorus, I'm gonna need you two for the gym.
Lucy: What do you need him for? I've got 4X type advantage, it'll be a piece of cake.
Captain: You really think Candice hasn't prepared for just such an occasion? We're using Ekorus, Lucy, end of story.

Ekorus jumps into the battle. Psychic hits him and is harmlessly absorbed.

Lucy: Hey, Weasel, maybe you're tougher than I thought after all.
Ekorus: Oh, ah- *blushes, buries face in claws* Thanks!
Lucy: Of course, being tougher than I thought you were can't be hard....

Captain: What's going on over there?
Viverra: The beginnings of a fine friendship.
